I have noticed that most people are willing to start working out and make that a priority, but eating healthy? That seems to fall to the wayside. Is this you?

Common reasons I hear are that it’s too hard, you have a picky eater in the house (yourself included), you don’t want to give up your favorite foods, you don’t have the time, or that you don’t like salads. And of course with ALL of the options and fads out there, it’s hard to know where to start.
