I’m a stay-at-home mom and wife with a passion to help others be their best. Life is hard, and parenting can be exhausting — it’s so easy to lose out to a million other priorities than ourselves. I want to encourage, motivate and hopefully inspire you to give yourself value; to take time to care for yourself physically, mentally and spiritually so you can be your best for others.
Faith means, “Confidence in what we hope for and assurance for things unseen” according to the Bible in Hebrews 11:1. So, essentially, having faith in God means having confidence and assurance in the hope He has promised, especially since we cannot see or foretell the future.
I believe this applies to us personally as well. God created us to glorify Him but also in His image! We need to believe in what He can do with us, too. He has a purpose for you!
Have faith in the journey He has you on, friends. You CAN do hard things!
Our bodies were made to move, sweat and be conditioned! I’ve learned so much about how food can work for or against you and how that correlates as energy and fuel for your body.
My personal fitness goal is not to have a “bikini ready” to show off—I love food too much! My passion is to help you find a healthy balance AND encourage you to love the skin you’re in. If you’re not happy between the ears, you’ll never be happy with the reflection in the mirror.
Everyone has their own unique shape and size—and fitness is just as unique!
My husband Kent and I believe that our God-given purpose with our children is to teach them to keep God first in their lives and hearts—and, also to show them by example how important it is to take care of ourselves.
Kids are always watching what we do, right? Not always necessarily listening to what we say. So, we are trying our best to be good examples to them in every way we can.
We are not perfect, but we strive to honor the gift of life God has given us by taking care of ourselves so we can take care of others.
